First steps to booking with Mood Motif


Step 1 - click the “CONTACT US” icon and fill out the form. We will respond within 24-72 hours

Step 2 - We will reply with a more detailed bridal questionnaire, then you fill out and send back via email.

Step 3 - Once we recieve the details we need. We then determine if you are a good match and if we are avaiable, we will send you the link to schedule the first consultation!! This is were it gets exciting!!! We offer in person (always best) and we offer a zoom call. We do charge for our consultations. Here is why: it take’s time and effort on our part to take the vision you expressed during the first consultaion and bring that all to life with photos and designs created just for you! You will recieve inspirational photos, your color scheme, chance to read the full contract, along with the prices of our services.

Step 4 - You will be in love with the proposal and if there are changes to anything, we will make them and update the proposal and resend. Once you love it, you are ready for step 5.

Step 5 - Place a $300 retainer fee and sign the contract - YOU ARE THEN BOOKED with Mood Motif! (This step is made easy by having the option to pay & sign right from the proposal. Just one simple click.) We can also offer monthly payments or just one easy payment, and those can be paid from the proposal as well.

Yes, you can upgrade anything during the wedding planning process after contract is signed.
